National Science Foundation Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)

Numentus Technologies is now supporting the National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program to provide active research participation by undergraduate students in physics and physics-related fields. REU projects involve students in meaningful ways in ongoing research programs or in research projects specifically designed for the REU program.

For over 28 years, our principal investigator, Dr. Gregory Faris led or served as mentor for the NSF REU Physics Program at SRI. This program now continues with Numentus hosting students in their laboratories or with collaborating scientists on the SRI Campus.

  • Interested students should complete the application process through the NSF site: etap.nsf.gov. Please see: https://etap.nsf.gov/award/4720/opportunity/6535
